Way back in 1993 this international group wanted to set up business in India.

Initially we obtained RBI permission for them to set up an India Liaison office for an initial period of 3 years. We helped this group to study Indian market and provide all necessary details about the Indian market and Indian business from time to time.

In the year 1996, the group decided that time was ripe for them to set up a 100% owned subsidiary in India to carry out marketing and manufacturing of speciality chemicals. Accordingly for this, we obtained SIA permission for this group to form and set up a 100% subsidiary company in India namely Croda Chemicals (India) Pvt. Ltd.

This Indian company has started marketing speciality chemicals and is actively considering setting up of manufacturing facilities in India as well.

Today, our office is their Registered Office and the Parent company has deputed one of their executives to Mumbai who is carrying out marketing activities for the past 3 years based in Mumbai. All the rest of the activities relating to the Indian subsidiary are being handled and managed by us. The major services being communication point for all correspondence with the government departments, tax department, maintenance of accounts, obtaining residential permit for the foreign executives, taxation, company law formalities as well as all related legal and administrative issues from time to time.

Whyte Group Ltd., U.K.

This is an overseas group based in London dealing in chemicals. They wanted to set up a business in India in 1998. We obtained a Government of India (SIA) permission for them to set up a 100% subsidiary in India.

Upon getting this permission, we helped them a 100% subsidiary company in India namely Whyte Chemicals India Pvt. Ltd. For the initial period till the Indian operations settled, our office acted as their registered office and provided all infrastructure facilities including maintenance of accounts, taxation, RBI formalities and legal matters.

Trident Group

We are representing all the group companies of this group, namely, Variander Agro Chemicals Ltd. Abhishek Industries Ltd. and Trident Alco Chem Ltd. These activities are being rendered by us for the past 16 yeras while the group has grown from a small SSP manufacturer to a 500 crore rupee group today. Trident has manufacturing facilities for paper, fertilizer, yarn spinning, terry towels and chemicals.

The major activities carried out for this group by us is dealing with Financial Institutions, Banks, RBI, stock exchanges etc. as well as liaison for all their business and marketing activities.

CESC Ltd., Kolkatta

This is an RPG group company, which is providing electricity to the city of Kolkatta.

The services include acting as their Mumbai branch and liaison/follow up with financial/investment institutions, banks, RBI etc. located in Mumbai.

Aruna Sugars & Enterprises Ltd.

Have been rendering services as their representative in Mumbai from 1985 to 1994.

Have assisted them in liaisoning, arranging finance for their three-modernisation and expansion projects of the sugar unit, which at one point of time was considered the Best Sugar Mill in Southern India.

They had also set up a Four Star Deluxe hotel in Chennai for which this office did the financial arrangements.
